Is this correct ?

I bought this Devlibiss FLG5 gun a few months ago and used it only once for a simple little job, but I thought it was playing up. It was pulsing.

So tonight I finally got round to stripping it, thinking there is an air problem and this is what I found after removing the tip ?

Should there be two holes here ?

that will be correct, pulsing is usually air being pulled in past the needle at the trigger there is a nut, give it a turn, not so tight that it doesn't let the needle move but tight enough to seal against it

Thanks mate. My mistake. It's an SLG 610 gun. Not an FLG.

hopefully once tighter the pulsing will disappear stick some water in it and adjust it until its gone
