Jasic 200mig from a generator

Ayup guys n gals,

As the heading really i need to do some hot metal glueing on site(field) where there is no power, so just curious if people have run their jasic pro mig 200 multi process from a genny, either for mig or stick and if so what size generator.

have you got the manual, or the information on the plate if its still visible will help you out, or if you put a photo of it on here someone will be able to help.

Managed to find an online odf that states 5.5kw so quite a chunky monkey to put in boot of car,
Got an alternative fix in hand, something called a goweld by broco, runs from 12v car/truck batteries in 24or 36v formation, tried it from 2 small car batteries tonight and didn't give bad results for flux core, quick flap wheel and it's passable (will do what i need it to anyway)
