Picked up a Clarke 135TE this morning before work so i can get on with the job of cutting out the rust in this

Am also working on a mini. but mine is much more rotton than yours! Is a '67 cooper. I also picked up a 135TE, and after a bit of practice, it's fine on thin bodywork, so think it will be fine for your needs. Good luck

quite possibly alternatively in 2006 i was steve and sarahs spanner monkey at the race meetings. Couldnt miss me as i was the fat bloke making everyone seems small

are you goinf for a full on restoration or a ttidy?

if you dont know of him already, bettinsons is an excellent shot blaster near diss

very handy for a restoration, £5 a wheel and he primes them too

he charges £200 to blast a car, so you might get a good price on a mini or might just be handy for sub frames etc

going for a full restoration but not doing anything mad with it as it will be the step daughters first car if i can get it finished in time.

Plan is a Firbre glass flip front just to help with engine access and then leave it pretty much standard apart from bright orange paint with a black roof
