Type "log splitter" in the search box top right corner and see what it finds. Lots comes up on google as well. Personally I like the big hammer and wedges approach along with a splitting maul.

Did anyone find a link to the kindling machine. Can remember looking at it as well drythropple would like to build my own. I would think it was basically a log splitter pushing the log onto the blade. Its the blade I am not sure of making to get the kindling
I have been researchining these for a while and they all seem to use a cross shaped blade, theres a good vid on youtube, woodprocessorZA60, going to model mine on this except use a conveyer for the feed
