Knackered Compressor?

What you guys reckon, drain water from 3 of my compressor. Oil in water with one?

I use it for spraying and air fed is the issue.

This scared me too but after fitting filter and water trap i then sprayed air from a gun on to a sheet of glass for a min or two and got zero oil mist.

thats why you use water seperators and quality air filters to stop any contaminates spraying and air fed mask or helmet.using hydrovanes and screw pumps oil is sprayed in to the pump along with the compressed air and removed by filters and sucked back out before exiting the machine then you use external filters

Is that all I used to get about 1/2 gallon of water after a week of running in the summer, more in the winter.

Purchase a filter/dryer and be done with it...

2 50l 3hp direct drives and one 90l 3hp belt drive.

filtration on breathing air is crucial .

air tools , its nice ,
paint its really important

but for your lungs and oil on an atomized level , its crucial.
