Kubota petrol generator?

Hi just on the off-chance, has anyone got one of these old Kubota petrol gennies? I'm going to look at one today, it looks like a good quality old-school machine. Jap not Chinese, and I'm a Kubota fanboy ..like many on here I believe..

No, but used one. On a site to give us power.

No issues with it, it as part of a the hire package.

I did notice it does sit very close to the ground and as we were working on grass it would slowly sink a bit, until it bellied out.


First start was always 3 or 4 pulls from cold, fuel cap is snug.

Yeah, I have a Kubota generator, but can't find a photo of it right now.
It's frame is red, I think - but I have no idea how old it is.

If I end up going down to where it is currently lives, I'll take a shot of it.
I can't even recall what size it is, but I've never welded from it, just in case!

Damn! Forgot to take a photo, earlier!
I'll do it tomorrow, even though it's too late!

Mine is also in immaculate condition, but just have no idea of it's age.
You might just know at a glance, anyway.
