I have a Laser tools one for up to 19mm, you need it's big brother
Cheers....I knew it would be extra but that's sure a big brother price...
The way it's looking a collet chuck on the lathe would be cheaper short term..

I had a quick look on amazon.. I did see this review. Id say your better off using lathe or making one. I might have a go as it looks quite simple to make. 45 degree bore, grind a slot and clamping screw for some hss. I imagine single flute will be better than the multi flute.

It was a very accurate review though
I have gone right of bladed solutions and I now need to find a grinding solution.
I used a bench grinder and it worked but only the fine wheel. The course wheel burred over the start of the threads.
So I am thinking maybe the inside of a cone shaped small grinding "thing".
The emphasis on "thing" as I don't know what they are called.
Anyone suggest a name please...? Something like this in reverse. No thread but a 25mm wide champhered hole.
And a 1/4 inch drive in the narrow end.

You can buy die grinder stones with a concave ball end. I got a coarse one from zoro a few weeks back, bit too coarse for this. The worn, pink stone on the right is much finer, you could dress any die grinder stone with a diamond point.
Cut type would be a useful thing to have, so Im planning to make a smaller one with a 30 degree chamfer to match the thread angle. I use a SDNCN tool in lathe works well, plus square needle file as the last half turn is always burred - no nice way to prevent that.

They're for tool and cutter grinders and you grind on the front face of the cup, trying to use the inside would be akin to grinding on the side of a bench grinder wheel.

Cheers mate but not knowing it will actually do what I need it's way too expensive. Even if I know it will work its still OTT. As you said not cheap. Lol

When I took the job on they used a different supplier of the all thread. This new supplier (in bulk) is supplying a different steel (same grade though 8.8). It was easier to cut and deburr)
Even my coldsaw is struggling. I purchased a new blade it cut 10 slugs of 75mm and its blunt. Supplier is resharpening it currently its actually a 188 tooth instead of 144 tooth which I thought was better for threaded bar..

The Marwas will do the job, but understand if you feel they are too much. We had a machine with two of them at a place I worked. Used for deburring and chamfering all sorts of material.
Similar machine today is 3000£...
Another option that doesn't cost more than an arm is Rems 10-54E. Advertised to work even for stainless.
