Hopefully I am in the correct slot here. For several years past I have worked as a mobile fabricator mostly fencing, gates and non structural repairs. I worked off a compressor and generator mounted on my work truck. I am thinking of decanting this setup into a double garage/workshop. That gives me the opportunity to make some sort of ring main for the air supply for my air tools grinders saws riveters etc. To date all have had individual oilers on each tool then connected to the compressor by snap connectors. Is it viable to run hard lines with take off points with a single "circuit oiler" just after the compressor. I do not do spray paint work but for the odd occasion might consider a second unoiled air socket. I am fortunate to have a single /three phase generator to power the compressor and also 20/48 volt battery tools. Running the petrol generator more than needed is expensive but nothing like the £19k quote to connect electricity from national grid. This is simply to build a setup to build a Hill climb project over the winter months anyone got aythoughts. The bottom line is i just run off the truck when needed
