Laser cut discs

Not sure if this breaks any forum rules, please delete if it does.

I'm looking for 4no. 50mm diameter x 10mm thickness mild steel discs, if they could have a 12mm hole through the centre too that would be ideal although I could just drill the holes myself. There are options to buy them on ebay at £3 each posted but the sellers are marked as away, I assume closed due to the virus.

Is there anybody on here that could cut and post me some for a similar price?

Do they need to be laser cut? That's an easy lathe job.

What's it's for? And how accurate do they need to be? I could probably do that this afternoon for you but it will be unknown steel from the scrap pile (likely a low to medium carbon steel)

No need to be laser cut, they're just some wheels for a toy car for my partners nephew that I'm making so the particular steel doesn't matter and accuracy not important, so long as they look the same.

They'd certainly make the car lighter but I want an all steel construction I'll post a thread up of making it once I've done it.

Did these. All dims +/- 0.3mm (most are far better). parting tool did scar the face a bit but now I know what they are for I'll do you some nice ones, I can open these up to 16mm and they will be perfect for another project.

What are you using for the axle? M12 fasteners? I can leave the bore at 11.80mm so it's a nice fit if you like?

I've got some 12mm tube that they'll run on, kind of like a poor mans bearing, bolt goes through the tube so it can tighten onto the tube without locking the wheel up

The tube is just over 12mm so a 12mm hole will be spot on and I'll open it up as required with a file to get it spot on at this end. Thanks again, it's appreciated.
