Laser Cutting or Water Jet Cutting

Hi Guys.

Can anyone recommend where I can get 2 reinforcing plates either laser or water jet cut.

Dimensions are 10 1/2" X 12" with 8 - 7/16" holes in them

I have the DWG file.

I tried one company but they have a £120 plus vat minimum charge.

What thickness?

What material as well as what thickness? I think S275 or S355 would be most common (and thus most economical) in steel.

I think the cutting people prefer dxf to dwg files.

Could you say why they could not be plasma cut please.

3mm Mild steel

Rutt Roh...that can't be good......
.dwg is ussually autocad IIRC.
Open it up to make sure it's usable, and then save to a .dxf
