Leccy advice please

OK i will keep this simple..i have a 10mm cable running about 40 meters from my house board,it has its own supply and the other end in my workshop it runs into this board...one fuse for lights and the other for sockets. I want to have a 16 amp wall socket so what do i need and how do i exit the board?

you have a spare fuse holder hole so it can be able to fit onto the buzz bars inside

so basically just a new 16 amp fuse that matches to the ones in the fusebox

if i remember right ctype trips out less due to its in rush of power to the appliance in use ive also fitted 2 recently

Just check to see if there actually is a spare prong on the busbar as some dont!
Also if you fit a C type MCB on your 16A socket but only have a B type supplying the board it might still trip when you fire up the welder/big compressor.

f it hasn't the buzbar for 3 breakers just loop a bit of 6mm cable between no 2 and to the new 3d breaker on the rail then you can fit most any make of breaker as they don't have to line up with the solid bar
