Hello my name is Brett im from Margate in Kent i found this forum whilst looking for a course at a college where i could do my city and guilds level 2 in welding as the one i did level 1 at doesnt do 2 Ashford. I am 38 and have been a chef for 22 years but have had enough and want to do welding now so did a 10 week course in mig welding. We had to do 5 test pieces which i did in 1hr30 carried on for a couple extra weeks then did MMA which my tutor said i perfected and was better than his mma. I am very interested in doing the next level but keep running in to a brick wall can any one on a similar course or about to start one PLEASE help many thanks Brett
