While not strictly a welding related question I would be extremely grateful if someone could provide some information or help me with my question.
I would like to find out where to buy custom made sizes (or large sheets) of the light-reactive glass that is used in welding safety helmets. The glass is reffered to as auto-darkening/light reactive/LCD shutter glass. I have found replacements for helmets but they are allways in a certain size and while I could buy loads of these and then tessellate them together to make a larger sheet, it would not really be practical. If anyone knows a company that would provide this stuff that would be great.
