Lincoln V205T AC\DC missing element

Hello, I've recently acquired a Lincoln V205-T that was reported as damaged. At first look after removing the hood it appeared that there was a missing element and black burn around one of the elements. I've gone through several topics and saw that people successfully managed to repair it. The unit will be sent for service but just before that I would like to fulfill the missing part and ask for advice from where to start. I've already download the Selco genesis 200 AC-DC repair manual as I've read that both units are pretty similar. I saw that manual describes 15.14.250 and mine is 15.14.316 just wonder if still can be used as reference. If anyone can assist with number of the missing part that will be a good start .

There is a service manual for the V205-T here, but there doesn't seem to be much to help with component identification. The service manual contains the statement "* NOTE: Many PC Board Assemblies are now totally encapsulated and are therefore considered to be unserviceable." You might just have to bite the bullet, and get a replacement board, as there appear to be several components missing, and others where the solder has been reflowed, and this has not been done particularly well.

I found the manual for the V205T after posting the topic. The black spot on the board appears to be from fuse F1 1A/250V, as identified from another picture and a comment by another forum member (Bobbes).

there are, many boards in that unit, and lots of FET, s, which board are you showing?? you need to show both sides of the complete board.

Thanks for reply ,I hope the attached photos make it clearer. Тhe first picture shows what the board looks like. The actual PCB number is 15.14.316
