Hi to all.
Below there are some pictures of the almost welded wheel barrow.

The weld beads aren't pretty. Some of them will be grinded and rewelded.
(Even if it is all brutally overwelded, I try to make them at least not completely ugly...)

As usual, comments are wellcome.

The wheel is missing. I failed to do it myself, and the professionals will reopen on
the 7th of January.
It seems that the roller project will come soon that expected.

Are you expecting particulary heavy flowers?

Its looking good, but be need a mug for scale!

How are you going to finish it? Painted or Galv?

Painted metalized gray. With paintbrush.
I fear the price for galvanizing it.

To keep it tidy you might want to think about drilling the slats next time and welding through the hole to make it look like a rivet, should reduce any distortion as well.

Assuming its living outside? If so i would put a coat of jotun 87 or similar on it to stop the rust coming through the paint (which it will in super fast time if you are thinking of using hammerrite or similar).

I'd just leave it bare metal and let it rust for a while then lacquer it.

Update.
After finding a friendly fabricator with a roller, I reinvented the wheel (1 mm runout, I'm proud ).

Now it's almost finished (shoe to scale).
