Hi all i know a few people on here have made log splitters.
I've looked at plenty now but am still undecided on which way to go. We have a old bonser forklift powered by a david brown engine.
On it it has a auxiliary attachment for powering tipping buckets etc. Does anyone know of this type of forklift and do you think the pump would be ok to run a splitter. As then i would only need to source steel for the splitter and a operating lever on the splitter itself. As have sourced a double acting ram from a old recovery truck we have cut up.
Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
