looking for advice

HI guys new to your group looking for feedback on anti-spatter used and what problem's have you had in past. I am researching for a new eco friendly product we have developed & would welcome any advice .

Hi Stu
I have used a few antispatter products.
I have one at work that seems to be water based and smells 'quite nice' it also seems to work quite well and does not leave a sticky deposit.
I have another that I dont use, it seems oil based, smokes and smells bad in use and leaves a sticky deposit after welding.

I use a water soluable anti spatter called "The Works" Its a concentrated solution which you dilute, Its Pink.

I think that one is more Eco friendly than the others that come in aerosols and contain oils and solvents

If you can make it eco friendly, but as effective as the old school chemical stuff, youll sell loads.

I've installed Spattershield on a few welding cells, seems to do what it says on the tin.
