Lorch M-Pro 250 and rotary switch

Hello.
I have a Lorch M-Pro 250 semi-automatic machine (3-phase, transformer) in repair, which has a range switch 1--12. Unfortunately, ranges 1-4 do not work at all - it looks like a broken range selector. (I think it does not connect on these ranges, Ranges 5--12 work properly )

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this machine?

i had a similar problem with my M-PRO 252 and it was the small switch on the end of rotary switch that was at fault i think , well when we took the side panel off that looked damaged .

I ordered a replacement 3 pole on off switch for my 3ph tig last night, as half the time when you plug it in it trips in the neighbours workshop. Rotary switch was dead when I got it.

Loads of rotary switches on Amazon / Ebay, take photos and notes as you dismantle old one, mark the wires with masking tape and pen, order new switch.

Rotary switches don't seem to be as well made as they used to be.

I found a diagram of this semi-automatic machine with a switch connection diagram. However, this is not a "typical" 3-phase switch, because this transformer is regulated asymmetrically (2 windings have 7 taps and one has 5 taps)

Well, it was in the post box when I got home. Opened it up, impressed by the way it already smells of burning. I guess it's the plastic. I'll be hard pushed to tell when it does burn out.

Rotary switches don't seem to be as well made as they used to be...

This is true, but the life of a switch depends a lot on the frequency of its switching.
