Lorch mobile power charger wiring help needed!

Hi everyone,

I've just had the plug on my mobile power charger get pulled at work resulting in two wires coming out of their fittings in the neutrik plug that connects the charger to the battery..

Not knowing which wires go where and I'm reluctant to leave it to chance!

Does anyone have one of these chargers and might they be happy to undo the cover and post a pic of how it's wired?

Powercon inlet? There is a standard...

Instructions attached - the powercon 'True-One' is slightly different, you'll know if you have one of those, they are black/yellow

Hi Hugh, thanks for your reply, that is basically the plug I have except mine is a 4 pin one with a jumper between two poles..
The wiring is coloured blue black and grey and with one using the jumper I'm reluctant to try anything which might damage the charger or battery .

My gut says the grey goes in the positive pin and the blue to the jumper.

I thought it was the mains inlet we were talking about, now I've re-read your original post I see that's the low voltage from the charger to the battery unit...

Thanks Hugh, I called a welding shop and a guy there looked in one of the plugs.. All sorted now!
