Bit of a difficult one, it depends on how much you want for it, the right price is what you are willing to sell it for and what the buyer is willing to pay. I tend to work on the 60% rule (expect about 60% when used but no longer new and less than 12 months old) and depending on age the value continues to drop with each year. This is of course my rule and i am not in your position wanting maximum return for expensive gear.
As for the place to sell, obviously this forum is for welders and we will know the value of your equipment but its a smallish audience, whereas ebay and other such places will not necessarily know the value and want a cheap bargain plus of course paying your selling fees and percentages but it does have a much larger audience so you could strike lucky.
