Lorch T220 AC/DC Error E07

Hi all.

Got this machine send over to have a look at it.

SMPS TOP245 shortet out.
Replaced and now i got Error E07 message which is not mentioned in any manual i got.

Anybody know this kind of Error?

From the T-pro manual (so MIGHT be different codes, but i doubt it)

E07-2 EEProm error E-assembly defective Inform Service
E07-0 EEProm checksum error E-assembly defective Inform Service

Hi,
as i can see in T-Pro manual EEProm issue will show up in wire feeder unit.

I think this is may relatet in PFC boost stage or primary inverter?

Sorry you're absolutely right, I hadn't noticed that the errors were TF-pro only.

On the older software there was an E07 (described in the 2nd column) Here you can see a description from the service manual

Can you check the cables as described

Grrr.
Got it.
Or spot it.
Traces on 2nd or 3rd layer vaporized.
Try to discover other landing point.
Somewhere on DC bus.
Bad soldering anyway.

Got it back to business. Not that easy.
TOP245 switcher, several copper traces, ceramic cap and finally feedback oc.
