The contact tip/electrode is touching the ground when the machine is switched on. Its to do with the VRD protection inside the machine there mustnt be a circuit when switched on.Matt what does e16 fault code mean just out of interest.
It seems the machine can throw either error. The e16 one is to do with the VRD too somehow.When i switch on my T220, if the tungsten is touching the earth it gives an E-25 error.
