Low voltage connector

Hi guys

I am looking for a low voltage 3 pin male connector

But I cant identify what I've got

It looks similar to a jst connector but there are differences

I'll mention what it's from but I fear it will only confuse things

It's a 3.7 v 500 mah battery for a minelab metal detector

I don't want to change both male and female connectors so as to get things to work. I simply want to identify what connector this one is so I can buy one

First four photos are the male connector needed, next three photos is the female connector it fits into

It is more 1/4 of an inch wide than any metric measurement
by 3/16

That looks like the same connectors used on PC motherboards for the fan connections.

I thought it looks like a JST PH connector but I can't be certain. I can't find a good picture on Google to compare it to.

Measuring the pin pitch might help you narrow it down.

The page below lists some JST types including the PH type @Scalarocco references. I thought it might be the PA type going by the appearance.

Excellent website! Good shout on the PA variety too, but as you say, the pin spacing will help to narrow it down.
