LVLP & Small compressor

I could do with a spray gun for the occasional job- mostly spraying water based paints/varnishes onto woodwork- small cabinets etc

The compressor i have, is a small one. 6ltr tank, 1.5hp, 7cfm.....

Been looking at a couple of the cheaper end gravity feed LVLP guns, which seem to say they need about 4cfm....

Im not overly fussed if the compressor needs to run a lot, due to the small tank.....

Anyone done it, did it work okay...
I havn't space for a bigger compressor.

I've a spray gun you can have, suction pot job if its any good to you? From memory they dont need a lot of cfm.

Not had a great deal of success with the suction jobbie on it, mind it was only one of them that come with the tyre inflator, duster etc....
