m252 fault code

when i turn the rotary dial on my m252 to increase the power im getting a blank display then a code nop , if i then turn it another click it mostly returns to 0.6 .
i have looked in the manual but found no such code , i am unable to select the full range of settings also.
anybody got any ideas on the problem .

What programme is the Synergic line selector switch on (inside the wirefeeder) Also have you tried in on position zero, which is manual mode?

i have it on number 2 , same problem on zero and number 1

Can you try a Master Reset?

Turn machine off, press and hold the button in the middle, keep it held in and then turn the machine back on.

The unit should then perform a master reset

tried that but ill try it again , mostly position 4 gives nop then it will count up from 0.6 sometimes in order sometimes in no order at all
