7015 is a DC only rod. You don't see them much. 7016 is the AC/DC version.
7018 is much the same as 7016 but with a thicker coating with iron powder in the coating or rather much more iron powder in the coating. More weld metal laid down per rod but there are also disadvantages. The fluxing isn't quite as good and being thicker makes it more awkward.
7018 is a bit more popular and easier to find in the UK.
