mask choice

think ive put this in the right place, as it is for workshop use...

i need suggestions on the best budget mask to use for arc, gasless mig welding, and also bodyfiller and fibreglass sanding, and primers, paints and laquers too (if there is a cheapo one that covers all that) as after a day of welding, filling and painting a motorcross bike in my dads garden today, i have a sore throat and cant stop coughing, so its time to think about lung health now (bit late, i know)

No, you hadn't.
I doubt you'll find a cheap 'one mask does all', you'll need a welding mask and a separate fume/dust mask and if you intend on spraying 2K paint you'll need a good air-fed respirator too, along with a clean supply of air.
Something like the SIFlite one from Weldequip is a good budget welding mask.

cheers for the move woz, i knew id get it wrong

i have a good quality mask for spraying 2k, having been using them for about 2 years and had no problems, but its big and bulky and doesnt fit under my welding helmet

would settle for paper welding masks and just swap to the other for painting if i could.
