Does anybody know anything about these welders or where I can get info or manuals etc? I was recently given a 100 amp model to start me into Mig welding and divert me from arc welding and it needs set up.

Looks a bit like one of the older SIPs to me. The manuals for most welders are usually fairly useless. What do you need to know about it? The tutorial is generally more helpful than the manuals if you just want to know how to weld with it.

From what malcolm says (and from the lettering) I wonder if it's a re-badged SIP from Maypole. Ltd. UK who are sort of motor factors concentrating on campers and stuff (but still do a few welding bits and bobs). Based in Birmingham.

Yes, that is the same as my welder. I really just wanted to know the specifications of the welder. e.g. before I read the e-bay advert I didn`t know that the welder would take 0.6, 0.8 or 1.0mm wire. Is it a re-badged SIP? Your help has been much appreciated. Keep it up please.
