Media blaster help

hi guys, my birthday is coming around soon and Lisa asked me if I wanted any tools. (Well trained) I have a 14cfm quad pump compressor and I fancy getting some sort of media blaster. The machine will mostly be cleaning up round reddish looking cylinders
What blaster would you guys recommend ?

buy a cheap ebay pot and improve it or make your own if u have the gear and time and one of those red round things

I hear what your saying buddy but time is a commodity I rarely have, I could do with summat decent out of the box. Can't be wasting the round reddish cylinders (Edward, Edward, there's a man asking about the special things, now now Tubbs, nothing to worry about)

its cheap 100 quid pot and change the blast nozzle then . dont expect 2much of it though. u wont be cleaning bopttles up in a hurry with them

If you're not doing big jobs get the smaller 10 gallon pot. I have a 20 gall. and the leg has started to bend under the weight! Also you'll be filling it up more often so the compressor will have a chance to cool down.

You might get a used Hodge Clemco. Also try a Google on "Anglo Scott Abrasives".

no next size up is a clemco minipot or a simlar one from centurywise with a 6mm jet and it takes 80cfm to run it

For the limited air supply I have what's the best setup I can get ?

on a 14cfm it will be a 3mm jet and it wont be able to keep air pressure up to 90 psi it will slowly drop . add another compresor and it will be well adequate
