Metal Brake/folder

Not sure where to put this!
I'm designing a brake/folder for 1mm mild steel out of some spare angle iron I have. I am looking for some hinges for this and I'm not sure of the name for them.
I need some weld on hinges making up on a lathe and was wondering if anyone on here would like to make them for me? I can get detailed specs later on but just wanted to gauge interest from the members.
Obviously happy to pay for materials etc, not expecting it for free! Picture of general idea below. I could buy them from Ebay but I cant find anything fitting the specs I need and the quality of fitting/metal gets questionable on the bay.
Doesnt have to be NASA quality parts but they do need to be sturdy and with quite tight tolerances as the metal brake needs to be able to accept 1000mm wide sheets, so hinges will be spaced 1200mm apart roughly.
Cad drawings to follow late tonight but here's a general idea of what I need. I'll expand the thread in to a build thread once the design is done and hinges are acquired


No need for the ball bearing thing, they will be mounted horizontally so it wouldn't help the function of the hinge anyway.

Doing well to not have it flexing over 1m span on 1mm steel with angle iron - more stiffening than you think

I made mine from angle iron, I added the third side to each piece of angle and it still bends in the middle. It is only 20 inches long. I used two inch angle. Made my own hinges, as MoreWellie said, from tube and close fitting rod.

I didn't think of adding a bit of pre-tension. Not only did I cover the open side, I welded in a strip which bisected the angle to make two triangles.

One snag I find with my bench folders is no matter how I pick it up, the damn thing nips my fingers. Except now we now we have to call them a haematoma or blood blister.
