microplasma arc welding of inconel 625

I trying to welding inconel 625 thin sheet ( thickness 0.11 mm) to make pipe . I am using micro plasma arc welding but at low amperage inconel not welded and at high amperage is melt quickly how can i find the optimize condition for this process?
does any body can introduce good reference ?

That is pretty thin inconel, right around 0.004" thou in proper sizes.be interesting to find out what it is for.

we weld that sort of thing at work pretty regularly, but we use single sided spot welding to do it. I've made simple pipe using the seam roller attachment in 0.1mm inco 625 shim material.
