No I don't mean that.
I mean a thread where those who wish to share their weight loss goals can do so and any associated tips / walks out / achievements etc.
You don't have to state your weight if uncomfortable. It is to be a positive tread where those who feel like making self improvement can share and track progress.
For me - I really need to get in gear and "diet starts tomorrow" won't cut it any more. So I am going back onto weight watchers app for the foreseeable and my weight loss goal is 3 stone.
I would like to have 3 stone off by April 2025. Which will take some doing to keep after it but has to be done.
