HI there fellows.

Iam only a biginner and am wondering , can a mig be converted into a tig?
realising that i would have to purchase a tig gun, woul i have to buy any other parts? At presant i have a weld mate 180 pro chinese of course .
can not afford to buy a tig,hencethe question to the forum.

You cant convert your weldmate 180 to tig, there are multi process machines on the market but they are big bucks, could risk ebay they have some cheap s/hand tigs
