Can i change the torch.without changing the lead that goes to welder.

Just the handle with guts and swan neck n tips id like change

The mig welder ive got is a maypole maximig 100. The parts are obselete and cant be found anywhere.and the trigger connection is coroded. So because i cant get replacement parts i want to replace the torch. But want to just change the handle side of things and the inners.not the full lead

You might be able to replace it with a SIP or Clarke torch. Easier to replace the whole torch and lead.

It depends on how the liner connects to the feeder. A picture might help.

It just slides in to the wire feeder by the looks of it.

And held in by a plastic shroud and 2 screws. But then its where the wires and tubes go

tracing the wires is fairly easy when you have the covers off, there isn't fat for them.to go. Work methodically and only disconnect one wire at a time. I did a euro conversion on my gasless mig and it only took a few mins to swap the wires over

Looks similar to a Clarke feeder. You probably can make a Clarke torch work.

its also similar to the one in my sealey on the torch side of the feeder. My sealey came with a cebora hobby torch on it
