I've a Migatronic KDX-250 'under the bench' that's been there too long and needs sorting. Two issues - noisy fans - easy just 2 off 120 x 40 mm 240 volt cabinet fans- and secondly the burn back adjustment isn't working to the extent that welding at the moment with is is impossible. (burns back to the tip every time). Now there are two pre-sets on the panel for post weld gas flow (which works) and burn back (which doesn't). Both are mounted on the same (the only!) PCB and controlled by 1 Meg Ohm pots - these pots measure as OK:
Now nothing looks or smells crispy and t he four electrolytic capacitors , although I've not changed them, look to be in good un-swollen condition.
Before I start poking around further and possibly pulling out the oscilloscope I'd really like to source a circuit diagram. So to the bottom line - has anyone access to a Migatronic KDX-250 circuit diagram for this PCB which is labelled up 17616973J ?
