Still got one powered by a JLO petrol engine.
Mine was originally mounted in the back of a 1966 series 2a 110 Landrover it had been on pipeline work. We took it out of the Landrover and mounted it on a farm trailer it was then used for 25 years by a bloke on the farm who made feed hoppers in the winter when he wasn't tractor driving. It was getting a problem to start and knocking more than normal by then so about 20 years ago I had the cylinder rebored and new piston and big end bearing and it's still running well I would love to know how many hours it's done, got to be in the tens of thousands. It uses no oil and seems to run for hours on a gallon of diesel. When the twin cylinder screaming Petter grenaded on mine I remounted it in the back of a 101 Landrover to run off the pto. Still got one powered by a JLO petrol engine.

The 110 aux is very useful,
That's a hummel, the mighty midgets foreign cousin
I don't think I had a stick inverter back then, or if I did it was only a 100a one or something similar.Very handy for waking the neighbours at 9am on a Saturday in the middle of a housing estate.
