miller dialarc 310 tig torch

bought a miller dialarc 310 acdc its a old machine what do you all think of them?
it came with no tig torch has anyone any pictures of what the tig torch looks like and where it is fitted to the machine?
a manual would be great to

What connections does it have?

The Dialarcs are good basic TIG/Arc machines. Do need a lot of power.

I have an Airco made by Miller. Basically the same machine. I have a WP-17 or WP-26 torch with an adapter to separate the gas/power:

Ignore the second connection on the lower left, that is where may arc lead plugs in.

Whatever torch you use, you will need to get a bolt-on adapter. Most are similar.

Where it fits to the machine should be pretty obvious. Do you have a pic of it?

Does it have a water cooler? What about control - do you have a pedal or need a button on the torch etc?

I have some tig torches for sale in the relevant section of this site if that's of any use?

i have single and three phase but the electrician that look at it was worry i mite not have enought power and what the power input info

The old Miller 300A machines want 108 amps at 220V and 60A at 415.

That is only if you want to run them full whack. My 300A model goes up 475 amps out. I'm not building battleships and run mine on a 50A breaker on 220V. Gives me over 200A out.

It would probably run on 32A/230, 40 or more would be better. A 20A 415V supply would probably do. You would need a breaker for inductive loads as they tend to draw at lot when turned on for a few cycles.
