That's well cool! It's worth plugging into some gas and seeing if it still works 
It'll be worth £100, probably more, if it all works and has HF.
It has no HF built into the source, it's either scratch start, or lift-arc start ("soft start"). The Soft Start module at the bottom adds sequencing functions and from what I can tell, also adds HF start, but I may be wrong.
You'll need to set the current and output contactor as "remote"/Output 14 on the Maxstar, and "panel" on the Soft start, and use the amperage knob on the Soft Start.

Thank you for the response - appreciated. Dad did a lot of aerospace thin gauge titanium and stainless stuff (not sure if with this set). I have some test pieces and they are amazing! And thanks for the manual links - I'll have a look but haven't got the skill or need!
