I just love this site been reading solid for the past three days, no end to the interesting stuff posted.
My question is if you can Arc weld on a TIG inverter by reversing the polarity on the machine. Can you do the same with an Arc welder, in that TIG weld by doing the same swap in reverse?
It's been a few years since i last used a stick welder, i use mig virtualy 100% now. but curious if an MMArc machine can be used for tig, and if you can what would be needed to make tig
Feel a bit of a **** now. Should have read further as i have just seen at least three other threads asking the same question. Sorry
