motor run capacitor

Can someone with more knowledge of motors please tell me what size motor run capacitor this is and where i can get one, the physical measurements of the case are approx 55mm round by 120mm high and it came from a 4hp 240v motor, thanks

I think it says uF on the left then a space saying 90 - so 90 micro-farads

if so you need a 90uF, something like this will do, doesn't have to be spot on 90.

needs to be 450 volt though
