I picked this technique from The REME handbook for recovering vehicles.
I used 2 stakes, as the shed only weighed around a ton. Where as the handbook suggests you use 3 stakes in line, 90degree the the pull about a 1 meter apart, set at 10-15degrees to the ground. A rope/chain is then placed from the top of the first stake to the bottom of the next and so on.
Just a couple of pics, the shed was moved 4meters, in less than an hour.
