Hi folks very impressed with the help and vast amount of information on this forum, I was looking for a MIG welder to do mostly Landrover bodywork as my brother already has a welder for his fabrication work and runs 1mm wire so to avoid annoying him with changing wire everytime I used it I googled and found this forum which in using the info from here narrowed down the choice of machines, originally looking for a Clarke I hunted on Ebay to see what was available and bid on an Oxford to no avail but managed to successfully
buy a Lincoln Electric 191c so just need to go and pick it up

Lincoln welders are the bees knees! there are some really good techniques on the educational pages as well, all the best mate!
