I have a clarke 151en. Bought on fleebay. The plastic feed roller has 'issues' see pic where i have arrowed the problems.
1. The twist bit is missing, just a nut in its place (not a biggie as the nut does same job)
2. This roller cap is missing so the roller pops off (pain in the back side, but usable, only popped off once in 3hrs use.
3. There is a crack here, its not all the way through but is under stress (this is my biggest issue, as it means the line is not gripped properly causing bad and irregular wire feed)
4. I don’t have a screw on mine and it wont just pull off, how do I remove this to attempt repair fo the crack shown in 3.
I want to know if anyone has repaired such a thing with plastic weld, epoxy or whatever with any success, it just needs strengthened before it snaps.
Any help appreciated
