Working on a prototype device for solo climbing and decided that instead of machining a ridged wheel from scratch it's easier to adapt an existing T5 timing pulley so need to remove what you see beside the pulley and unfortunately it's not something I could do on a manual mill!
To give a sense of scale it is a 6.5mm deep operation and would require a 3mm endmill with narrowest gap at ~3.15mm, probably would have to do maybe 50 but more likely 10 for now until I get orders on the device.
