Netto compressor Monday 14th

They have a 50 litre compressor on Valentines Day, £69.99 so it's £10 cheaper than before the VAT went up. It won't run your die grinders and cut off tools but it should do you a bit of painting with a gravity gun and blow your tyres up.

with the correct filtration before the air hits you mask. Don,t forget you will more than likely need another comp running to power whatever airtool you are using , i presume a spraygun , as this one will not have enough puff to power both

I have a 100L 3Hp for my air tools and spray equipment and have a small 25L which I use for the air fed mask but it does cut in quite a lot so hoping this will keep up a little better. I keep the compressor quite a way from where I paint so no vapours are drawn back in. In another unit with a 20m distance

At that price I may give it a whirl and see what its like

That's not bad for the money. Probably comes from the same factory as the Aldi one so quality should be ok.

my aldi 24ltr takes 1.20 so the pump cant be too clever spec

Its because its 1.5HP, 4.8 CFM as you have found out the aldi ones were 2.5 HP I think, is it still worth the money though.

Mine takes 7.12 min to fill up from empty, looks like its going to take a while to pump a tyre up.

hmm thats a fair differance in our 2 machines , be really sloppy build or you have a leak , have you checked the drain is tight?

should just about plod on with that

depends what your plans are , that type of compressor is more suited to a small wing or spoiler sized item , youd be angry and frustreated trying to paint a whole car

have a look at the mini guns if you just do small bits

I'd say the difference would have been the cutoff pressure.

What pressure was that to? The last few psi will take a lot longer, so a 10psi difference in pressure will make a huge difference in the overall time.

both the same pump up pressure

i proved ( i think ) the smaller has more guts because i can use my mini spray gun constantly with it , once the pump kicks in the gauge stays put so the pump is kicking out what i use

the other one the gauge kept falling while spraying , so eventualy is have to stop and recharge

in my mind the 25ltr is a better machine...if it runs flat im back at full steam after a minute

might scrouge a calor gas tank for some extra reserve one day
