Hi to all, my names steve and I am a custom motorcycle fabricator / builder, very much into my fabrication and trying new ideas and designs. I have a couple of different welders, a clarke 260te turbo (in need of parts if any one knows where i can get them) an esab I think its a 180 amp, a couple of stick welders, oxy acetelyne, spot welders and so on. I have joined here to try and gain some knowledge and also share some thoughts and pictures of what I do and to see what others out there are doing. So a big hello to all out there in mig land. I have added a couple of pictures of one of the bikes I have made from scratch, frame, swing arm, petrol tank, foot pegs, handle bars, hope you like them.

hi and welcome there is a few bike nuts on here (my self included but nothing as radical) Clarke spares and most things welding can be got by PM to Weldequip.

Nice work, I have chopped loads of pushbikes, and work as a sculptor. I keep thinking of building a proper chop with a jap single motor, it just needs the bug to attack me, but I have been saying this for far too long.........
Looking again at the Green thing, I detect a serious lack of fancypantsism and cheque book 'custom' building. Top marks.

After falling off a few times and fed up with freezing in winter I got a vw camper, but still luv a good bike, but more power to your elbow! keep up the good work.
