New user, SIP Migmate

hi ive just signed up and i hav a sip migmate turbo 105 its second hand and i hav no manual for it, (its in good working order and only cost me 50 quid) ive done a *little* welding b4 but not much, any and all info (reed a complete idiots / beginners guide) to using it would be greatly appreciated

What is it you need to know about the machine?
Does it work ok or have you not tried it properly?

i havent used it yet but it is in working order, (as far as im aware) as for what im needing - setting up info would be good and any idea where i can get a copy of the manuel from
