Been wanting to get into welding for a long time. Looked at a lot of the tutorials around the internet, but just got my first welder.
Picked up a hobart handler 140 with a half tank of co2 and regulator for $400 usd.
Got right to welding lines on some scrap exhaust, and the tutorials really do help.
Laying down some decent beads the first day I got it.
Wanted to try a project with stuff I had around, so I made a car seat office chair.
G20 seat + some random steel stuff welded to an old broken office chair base.
Not bad considering I started welding yesterday, and it's not even cleaned up.
