Hi guys I’m looking for a new mig welder at the moment . I was looking at a jasic 270 does anyone know what there like
That's a decent chunk of change! Probably be good to understand whether it's for work, hobby etc. and what you plan to use it for.MIG 270S Inverter Welder | 5 Year Warranty | Jasic Welding Inverters
270 amp separate MIG inverter welder. Single-phase, digital A/V meters.www.jasic.co.uk
IIRC Forney sells something similar (same power, less computers) and the sales are to AG shops that patch up a wagon sheetmetal one day, and then in a month need spray arc for 1/2" plate, or gas shielded flux core for bucket rebuilding. That's a decent chunk of change! Probably be good to understand whether it's for work, hobby etc. and what you plan to use it for.
As you might appreciate, the vast majority of "what welder should I buy?" threads on here tend to be at the £300-£500 end of the market...
Depends where you're keeping it, and how quickly you're using up wire when it is in use.If I wasn’t using it for few weeks would the wire go bad
Just make sure that you cover the machine up well, when not in use. And remove the wire or it could be problematic for you. Jasic, Parweld or even Oxford are a good choiceSorry I should have said . It’s for a farm workshop for repairs and and making few gates now and again . I would probably do few hours one week and maybe nothing for a few weeks again
