Some people turn on the cylinder momentarily before connecting it up - it is called snifting? The idea is to blow out any debris hanging around in the cylinder outlet. Is that what you mean? Graham
nice one thanks, ok done that and cracked both oxy and ace , so got the pressure on at the regs turned the torch on and only the ace wanted to play, so undid the torch tried manualy to blow to see if i could spot the blockage but nothing doing , so screwed it back together and still no joj on the oxy, can I remove the torch and blow the oxy through the bagging to see if the regs doing it's job or what?
I had a similar problem when I fitted new hoses to my set up, disconnect your oxy hose and refit it the other way round, I think you will find it will work then.
